I'm trying to think of ways to talk about it - to raise awareness. Jim thinks people just don't want to be bothered - I think people are scared and don't know how to handle emergency situations. That's pretty %$@ing unconscionable, actually. Is there a really unfortunate new dynamic in the cruising community?
